Greetings!

Being in the coffee shop business for 5 years and handled 5 coffee shops so far. I've noticed there's a lot of coffee shops opened and then closed in a very short time. Sad to say some of it in Jakarta, Indonesia, barely make it to their second year. And since coffee is my passion, and in this case also my addiction, I would really like to see more coffee shops open and grow in Jakarta.

Just admit it, we all need more coffee shops that have good concepts, awesome products, nice interior design, good ambience, and can survive in this tight competitions. But for some people that would like to open a new coffee shop, it seems like they don't get enough help. They need to look around the internet to gather the informations they need. This is the reason why I would like to share my knowledges and experiences in the business with you the coffee shop owners, coffee lovers or if you're thinking to open a coffee shop business later on in the near future.
